By downloading, accessing, or using Musea, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should stop using the app.

License to use Musea

FCH Technology grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Musea for personal, non-commercial use on compatible Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these terms.

Content and artwork

Musea includes application design, interface elements, text, audio, and curated artwork presentation. The app itself, including its branding and software, is owned by FCH Technology or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

Artwork shown inside Musea may be drawn from public-domain works or other rights-cleared sources, while the app's arrangement, presentation, branding, and experience remain protected.

Availability and updates

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Musea at any time. We do not guarantee that every feature, screen, notification, or external link will always be available or error-free.

Musea is intended to feel polished and reliable, but no software can promise uninterrupted availability in every circumstance.
